Since 2022 he has led enterprise OKR rollouts for global companies including Numatic (makers of Henry), a major US transportation logistics firm, and a top-tier US financial services company, covering OKR training, leadership coaching, team enablement, and strategy execution. Previously he delivered large-scale agile transformations, introducing Lean Portfolio Management at a major US bank and playing a central role in global SAFe implementations for a $60bn+ multinational food and beverage company with 250,000 employees and a $8bn+ US financial services firm with 15,000 employees.

Aaron has launched Agile Release Trains across four continents, enabled effective remote working, and applied agile approaches to SAP deployment and adoption. With over 12 years’ experience across the UK, USA, Central America, Europe, the Middle East, India, and China, he brings practical, executive-level coaching grounded in outcomes.
