The Agile Masterclass is aimed at leaders who are looking to take their Agile leadership skills or in-house Agile transformation to the next level.

Q: What to expect from the Agile Masterclass?

You will be coached and guided by one of our experienced coaches and joined by up to 5 other like-minded leaders to engage in dynamic exercises, engaging discussions and complex problem solving.

Q: What’s included with the Agile Masterclass?

You will receive 3 x 90 minute group sessions and 1 x 30 minute individual follow up coaching session.

Q: How long does the Masterclass last?

The 3 group sessions take place over the course of 3 weeks. They are scheduled at 6pm UK time to fit around work commitments. Dates are based on availability and group preference.

Q: How much does the Agile Masterclass cost?

The Agile Masterclass costs just £299+ VAT.
