Following the continued success of the McKenna Consultants SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework®) Planning In Action tour, we have begun to announce dates for 2016, ranging from Cardiff and London to Dubai and India! We will also be rounding up 2015 at our local meetup, Agile Yorkshire!
Since our last update, we have run even more sessions throughout the UK. Our most recent workshops have been at Lean Agile Scotland, Agile North East, Agile Tour London and Agile Tour London. We are actively spreading the word about the benefits of SAFe® to the wider agile community to give people an insight into how they could get alignment, visibility and collaboration amongst their teams.

In case you have missed it, a description of the workshop is below:
The Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) has a special event that is held for every Program Increment (5 sprints-ish). This is a large scale, collaborative event including everyone from the Agile Release Train (50 people plus). These workshops are highly interactive events where all participants are involved in one of many teams collaborating together to plan a single Program Increment for a single product. The schedule roughly contains:

- Product / Solution Vision
- Architecture Vision And Development Practices
- Planning Session 1
- Draft Plan Review
- Planning Session 2
- Final Plan Review

These will be fast-paced, high octane sessions with a lot of fun!
