Understanding OKRs
Before diving into the specifics of the tool, let’s have a brief overview of OKRs. OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results and consists of two main components:
Objectives: Objectives are ambitious, qualitative descriptions of what an organization aims to achieve. They serve as guiding principles that align teams toward a common purpose.
Key Results: Key Results are measurable outcomes that indicate progress toward achieving the objectives. They are specific, quantifiable, and time-bound, providing a clear indication of success.
